Looking only at the transition from
the Second Year in the Presidential Cycle to
the Third Year, we see that the DJI
rises 13/17 of the time over the next two weeks,
to January 5th. In a bull
market environment the odds of a DJI rally in this period
are 75%. By the end of the
January, the DJI was always up in a bull market
environment. This was also
true at the end of April and May in a bull market.
In a bull market, peaks varied.
