The FED's paltry 1/4% rise in overnight rates to 1/2% is next to nothing!
The bears could be badly squeezed now.  I would close out most of
our short sales for now.  What happened to YANG (negative play on Chinese
stocks) could and probably will happen elsewhere among heavily shorted stocks.

If this seems to extreme, then cover the same day the negative ETF forms a bearish
"red popcicle" or "roller pin" candle stick, or just closes below its much higher
opening.  With short stocks, do the reverse.  Close out the on a blue Tiger
candle-stick.  Also watch for "churning" as discussed in my short-selling book.
