Cases where DJI reaches 2.6% upper band with negative P-I
but the ratio of advances to declines was more than 2:1 for four straight days.
Only two of these six near S9s would have worked out.
However, were the P-I  was less than -50. as now, the two earlier cases
brought declines,
 
              1929-2022 (reverse order)
12/27/2021 - Near S9 worked - 8% DJI decline - P= -51
8/18/1982 - Near S9 failed - DJI rallied strongly
61/1970 - Near S9 worked - DJI decline to lower band. - P- -237
11/1/1971 - Near S9 failed - DJI rallied strongly
11/7/1962 - Near S9 failed - DJI rallied strongly
7/6/1937 - Near S9 failed - DJI rallied for another month, 177-199.
