Many reversals down to the lower band,
and sometimes lower, start when the
DJI fails to hold a breakout above flat resisitance.
Usually, a close above the old resistance
line is required. But sometimes, only a
marginal intra-day occurs.
In 3 of the cases below, the DJI did decline
to the lower band after a false breakout
even there were no Peerless Sells:
